The ultrasonic test method is preferred for the detection of internal laminar-type flaws, such as cracks, lack of fusion, inclusions and laminar imperfections.
We are able to perform ultrasonic testing of welds, castings and forgings, as well as wall thickness and corrosion measurements on pipes and containers. Special high-temperature probes facilitate wall thickness measurements up to ~550 °C.
State-of-the-art digital and analogue ultrasound devices from leading manufacturers are used.
